Orders, prices and taxes

A submitted order is subject to product availability, seller acceptance, payment confirmation and any checks shown during checkout.

Prices, pack quantities, minimum order quantities, delivery charges and applicable taxes are shown before confirmation or in an accepted quotation.

Obvious pricing or catalogue errors may be corrected before fulfilment; affected buyers will be informed and offered the available next step.

Marketplace sellers

Products may be sold and dispatched by independent GST-registered sellers. The seller shown on an order is responsible for its product, tax invoice, packing, dispatch and fulfilment obligations.

Baggly.in operates the marketplace and support workflow. It may assist communication and disputes without becoming the manufacturer of seller-listed goods.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to applicable consumer law, courts with jurisdiction in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh will have jurisdiction over disputes involving the platform operator.
