Seller Terms and Marketplace Policy
These seller terms apply to businesses that register, list or fulfil products through Baggly.in. Acceptance during registration forms part of the seller application.

Sellers must hold an active GST registration, provide accurate legal and contact information and be authorised to act for the registered business.
Registration does not guarantee approval. Administrators may verify GST details, business identity and marketplace suitability before enabling listings.
Sellers must promptly update information and may be suspended when registration, compliance or marketplace standards are not maintained.
Permitted listings
Only genuine packaging materials and closely related products within administrator-enabled categories may be listed.
Listings must accurately state product identity, material, dimensions, pack quantity, minimum order quantity, price, taxes, stock, images and relevant limitations.
Misleading, duplicate, prohibited, infringing, unsafe or unrelated listings may be rejected or removed.
Orders and buyer service
The seller is responsible for its own inventory, GST-compliant invoice, safe packing, dispatch, delivery updates, return responses and fulfilment records.
Sellers must not misuse buyer information or divert marketplace transactions in a manner that breaches their commercial agreement with the platform.
Commission, deductions and payout records follow the rate and settlement terms agreed with the seller and recorded for applicable orders.
