Shipping availability, charges and expected delivery information depend on the product, order size, destination and fulfilling seller.

Each marketplace seller dispatches the items allocated to that seller. Orders containing products from different sellers may arrive separately.
Available delivery estimates and charges are shown during checkout, in the accepted quotation or in the order record. Estimates can change because of stock, customisation, destination, carrier conditions or events outside reasonable control.
Tracking details are added to the order when supplied by the seller or courier.
Buyer responsibilities
Provide a complete serviceable address, working phone number and any access instructions required for delivery.
Inspect outer packaging at delivery where reasonably possible and record visible damage or shortages promptly with photographs and order details.
Delivery issues
Use the order account or published contact details for a delayed, damaged, short or incorrect shipment. We may share the request with the fulfilling seller and delivery provider for investigation.
